   This program allows the user to print payroll history information for weekly, fortnightly or monthly employees on demand.
6. Multiple security feature
   Access to program is restricted through password usage for different access levels e.g. low level users (data entry clerk), medium level users (middle Management) and high level users (database administrator).
7. Customisable menus based on user access levels
   Customisable menus are configured independently based on the type of user and their access level. Low level user (data entry clerk) will only see personal data entry screens, medium level user (middle management) will see personal and financial information screens and high level users (database administrator) can access all data and reports.
